  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (Stripe's Privacy Policy governs their handling of your payment data)

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and pixel tracking
  • Zoom or similar — video call delivery of program sessions
  • Email delivery providers

These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

4. SMS Text Message Communications (A2P Compliance)

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ: This section governs our use of SMS/text message communications and is required for compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations enforced by U.S. mobile carriers.

4.1 Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a form on our Site, booking a call, or opting in through any other mechanism, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Cultural Disruptor at the phone number you provided. These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
  • Program updates and session notifications
  • Follow-up messages related to your inquiry or program
  • Promotional messages about our services and offers (only with explicit marketing consent)

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time (see Section 4.4).

4.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our programs and services. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month for transactional communications. Promotional message frequency will be disclosed at the point of opt-in.

4.4 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-opt in. Note: opting out of marketing SMS does not opt you out of transactional messages related to an active program or purchase.

4.6 Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices.

4.7 No Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Payment Processing — Stripe

All payment transactions on our Site are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card, debit card, or other payment card information directly. When you make a purchase:

  • Your payment information is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment interface
  • Stripe processes your payment in accordance with PCI-DSS standards
  • We receive only a transaction confirmation and limited non-sensitive information (e.g., last four digits of card, card type, billing country)
